This expansion resulted in a full-service, one of a kind destination resort in the growing New Mexico gaming market. The addition included a 9-story Hotel Tower with 228 guestrooms, 35,000 sq. ft. of convention/meeting space, and a new 12,000 square foot spa to serve not only the hotel guests, but the local market as well. New food and beverage venues included a 400-seat buffet, a steakhouse and a rooftop restaurant and bar overlooking the Sandia Mountains and the City of Albuquerque. The project also included a new 18-hole golf course with an accompanying 14,000 sq. ft. clubhouse. Using the Sandia Mountains and Pueblo style architecture as the foundation for this project, Marnell Corrao Associates seamlessly integrated nature, imagination, and functionality, making this resort a majestic gateway to the up and coming city.
