THE ARRIVAL EXPERIENCE - The renovation of the Seneca Niagara Events Center, Promenade, Lobby Bar, and Entry Drive all started with the idea of providing guests with a grand experience from the moment they enter the property. This experience starts as they enter the site with the procession of native evergreen trees that flank the entry drive all the way to the front doors and frame the Seneca Nation tribal plaza. The tribal plaza is a symbolic feature of the Seneca culture featuring an iconic 40-foot forged metal eagle feather and larger than life stone castings of the 8 Seneca Clan Animals. The Seneca’s culture and respect for the essence and order in all things inspired the design philosophy of Nature’s Geometry which is a design motif that is bonded in all of the renovated areas. Upon entering the property, guests are introduced to the Seneca culture and geographic location of the property with curated content displayed on a new 60-foot wide curving, high-definition LED screen. Guests are immersed in elements of architecture that reflect the Seneca brand and create an excitement for the rest of the property.
