Brightline West DesertXpress

Brightline began the endeavor to create a more time efficient and cost-effective way to travel in the United States. Having successfully produced a railroad in South Florida over 5 million passengers have experienced the vision of Brightline. Through successful ridership Brightline has expanded its routes to include West Palm Beach, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and Orlando.

In 2019, Marnell officially began the partnership with Fortress Investments Group helping bring the future of high-speed rail to America, through Brightline West. The high-speed rail will connect from Las Vegas to Los Angeles traveling at speeds up to 200 mph. The rail service is aligned 96% within the I-15 highway median, foreseeing 11 million one-way passengers annually. Throughout the construction period over 35,000 positions are expected to be filled. Brightline West will be up and running starting 2028.
