Sock Drive 2022
for Las Vegas Rescue Mission
Marnell Companies will be hosted a sock drive to benefit the Las Vegas Rescue Mission beginning Monday, August 1st through Monday, August 15th and within this 2 week period collected 15,706 pairs of socks!
After the socks were picked up and delivered to LVRM we received a note stating “I wanted to follow up and say a very big thank you for this great donation! Within an hour of the items coming to our property we were able to give 20 boxes to Shine a Light, who work with the homeless in the tunnels. They were so very appreciate of having these much needed items to hand out. The rest we will be handing out to those staying with us or at our front gate when needed.”
Shortly after the socks were picked up from LVRM, we received a shipment of 1200 additional pairs of socks which were donated to Project 150 who provides services homeless teenagers.
Not only did we have a lot of fun, but we also helped a lot of people in our community.
