• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots and repairscomputer systems, hardware, software, and computer peripherals.
• Provide primary end user device supportincluding but not limited to computers, scanners, printers, cell phones, andcameras
• Document and track support issues.
• Handle onboard and offboard of staff.
• Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaceshardware and software systems.
• Works with various maintenance providers whenworking with repairs, installation and related tasks.
• Provide support for various company applications.

• Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10, Windows Server), including configuring, supporting and maintaining these systems
• Broad knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
• Adobe Suite & Product support and maintenance
• Understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft server platform.  Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, User permissions & security.
• MCSA, MCSE or equivalent experience highly desired.
• Must have demonstrable skills with PC hardware,standard software and operating systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 LBS.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects at onetime
• Understanding of AutoCAD software suite is aplus
• VMWare, and/or Cisco, knowledge is a plus
• Apple iOS management (MDM) experience is a plus
• Position requires at least 4 years of experience in end user support
