Jeff Pfeiffer is responsible for administrative management of the company and its affiliates, as well as operating responsibility for Marnell Gaming. He is a member of the Marnell Companies Steering Committee which provides direction and operational oversight to the various business units of the Marnell Companies. He has been with the company since 2007 when he joined the Colorado Belle and Edgewater Hotel/Casinos as Senior Vice President and General Manager. With the acquisition of the Nugget Casino Resort in Sparks, Nevada, Jeff was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in May of 2016 where he has served ever since. Prior to joining Marnell Gaming, Jeff was the Vice President and General Manager of the Empress Casino in Joliet, Illinois. Jeff has also held various operations and marketing senior level positions with companies such as Harrah's and Penn Gaming.

Jeff is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a bachelor's degree in Communications Studies. He also served as both the President of the Illinois Casino Gaming Association and the Laughlin Tourism Commission.
